Spanish Flan
Ingredients
Original recipe makes 1 - 9 inch round
- 1 cup white sugar
- 3 eggs
- 1 (14 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
- 1 (12 fluid ounce) canevaporated milk
- 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
Directions
1. Preheat range to 350 levels F (175 levels C).
2. In a method soup pot over medium-low heat, liquefy sugar until melted and golden in color. Properly add hot syrup into a 9 inch round glass cooking dish, turning the dish to equally coat the bottom and sides. Set aside.
3. In a large dish, defeat egg. Beat in compacted dairy, disappeared dairy and vanilla until smooth. Pour egg mixture into cooking dish. Cover with metal aluminum foil.
4. Bake in preheated range 60 minutes. Let awesome absolutely.
5. To serve, carefully change on serving plate with sides when absolutely awesome.
