Chinese Restaurant Almond Cookies


Ingredients



Original recipe makes 4 dozen



  1. 2 3/4 cups sifted all-purpose flour
  2. 1 cup white sugar
  3. 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  4. 1/2 teaspoon salt
  5. 1 cup lard
  6. 1 egg
  7. 1 teaspoon almond extract
  8. 48 almonds



                         


Directions



1. Look flour, glucose, everyday and sodium together into a dish. Cut in the lard until combination appears like cornmeal. Add egg and almond draw out. Mix well.

2. Roll money into 1 inches paintball  Set them 2 " wide apart on an ungreased lasagna pan. Position an almond on top of each biscuit and media down to tone and flatten slightly

3. Bake in a preheated 325 levels F (165 levels C) range for 15-18 moments.
