Banana Crumb Muffins (Australian)


Ingredients



Original recipe makes 10 muffins



  1. 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  2. 1 teaspoon baking soda
  3. 1 teaspoon baking powder
  4. 1/2 teaspoon salt
  5. 3 bananas, mashed
  6. 3/4 cup white sugar
  7. 1 egg, lightly beaten
  8. 1/3 cup butter, melted
  9. 1/3 cup packed brown sugar
  10. 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
  11. 1/8 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  12. 1 tablespoon butter






Directions



1. Preheat range to 375 levels F (190 levels C). Gently oil 10 muffin glasses, or line with muffin documents.

2. in a large dish, mix together 1 1/2 glasses flour, everyday, cooking dust and salt. In another dish, beat together apples, glucose, and egg and dissolved butter. Mix the bananas combination into the flour combination just until moistened. Scoop mix into the prepared muffin glasses.

3. In a normal size dish, mix together brown glucose, 2 tbsps flour and nutmeg. Cut in 1 tbsp butter until combination appears like rough cornmeal. Spread leading over treats.

4. Bake in preheated range for 18 to 20 minutes, until a toothpick placed into center of a muffin comes out clean.
