Shuk Shuka(arabic)


Ingredients


Original recipe makes 4 servings


  1. 1 tablespoon olive oil
  2. 5 large fresh tomatoes, coarsely chopped
  3. 1 tablespoon minced garlic
  4. 6 eggs
  5. 4 pita bread rounds

Directions

1. Warm olive oil in a large container over medium-high heat. Add sliced tomato vegetables and beans, mixing sometimes, until fluid has prepared out of the tomato vegetables. Carefully break egg over tomato vegetables without breaking yolks. Gently season with sodium, reduce heat, and cover.

2. Simmer covered for 20 minutes, or until yolks are fully prepared. Modify preparing with sodium as needed. Serve with pita pouches.
