Okonomiyaki(Japanese)


Ingredients



Original recipe makes 6 servings



  1. 1 cup chopped cooked chicken
  2. 1 1/2 cups thinly sliced napa cabbage
  3. 1/4 cup shredded carrots
  4. 3 green onions, chopped
  5. 12 fresh green beans, cut into 1/2 inch pieces
  6. 1 small green bell pepper, cut into thin strips
  7. 1 small zucchini, cut into thin strips
  8. 3 eggs, lightly beaten
  9. 3/4 cup all-purpose flour
  10. 3/4 cup chicken stock
  11. 2 teaspoons soy sauce
  12. 1 teaspoon vegetable oil
  13. 1/4 teaspoon toasted sesame oil




Directions



1. In a large dish, mix poultry, clothes, green legumes, natural vegetables, peas, natural gong spice up and zucchini. In a separate dish, beat together egg, flour, poultry stock and soy marinade. Add combination over poultry combination and throw to thoroughly coat.


2. Mix vegetable oil and sesame oil in a container over medium heat and scoop about 1/4 cup combination into container, enough to make a 2 1/2 inch group. Cover and cook 4 moments, or until bottom is fantastic brown. Flip and continue cooking 4 moments, or until prepared through. Strain on sponges.
