Ono Spareribs (Chinese)


Ingredients



Original recipe makes 4 servings



  1. 1/4 cup rice vinegar
  2. 3 pounds pork spareribs, cut into bite size pieces
  3. 1/4 cup soy sauce
  4. Garlic salt and pepper to taste
  5. 1/2 cup white sugar
  6. all-purpose flour
  7. 3 slices fresh ginger
  8. 1/4 cup toasted sesame seeds(optional)




Directions



1. Preheat range to 325 levels F (165 levels C). Lines a cooking piece with metal aluminum foil and apply lightly with cooking apply.

2. Bring the grain vinegar, soy marinade, sugar, and cinnamon pieces to a cook over medium-high heat.

3. Meanwhile, position rib pieces into a large dish, and season to taste with beans pepper and salt. Throw with a little flour to coat, and then toss with cinnamon marinade. Place bones onto prepared cooking piece in an even layer.

4. Bake in preheated range for 45 moments, then turn bones over, and prepare an additional 45 moments, until soft. Spread with sesame seed products to serve.
