Avocado and Tuna Tapas (Spanish)


Original recipe makes 4 servings

  1. 1 (12 ounce) can solid white tuna packed in water, drained
  2. 1 tablespoon mayonnaise
  3. 3 green onions, thinly sliced, plus additional for garnish
  4. 1/2 red bell pepper, chopped
  5. 1 dash balsamic vinegar
  6. black pepper to taste
  7. 1 pinch garlic salt, or to taste
  8. 2 ripe avocados, halved and pitted


Mix together seafood, mayo, natural vegetables, red spice up, and balsamic vinegar in a bowl. Season with spice up and garlic salt, then pack the grape sections with the seafood mixture. Take with arranged natural vegetables and a dash of spice up before serving.
