Buffalo Chicken Wing Sauce(u.s)


Original recipe makes 8 servings

  1. 2/3 cup hot pepper sauce 
  2. 1/2 cup cold unsalted butter
  3. 1 1/2 tablespoons white vinegar
  4. 1/4 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  5. 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  6. 1/8 teaspoon garlic powder
  7. salt to taste


Merge the hot marinade, butter, apple cider vinegar, Worcestershire marinade, cayenne pepper, beans dust, and salt in a pot and place over medium warm. Bring to a cook while mixing with a mix. As soon as the liquid starts to percolate on the sides of the pot, remove from warm, mix with the mix, and set aside for use.
