Easy Yummy Chinese Chicken Salad


Original recipe makes 10 to 12 servings

  1. 3/4 cup vegetable oil
  2. 1 head iceberg lettuce - rinsed, dried, and shredded
  3. 5 tablespoons seasoned rice vinegar
  4. 1 bunch green onions, chopped
  5. 3 teaspoons soy sauce
  6. 12 ounces canned chicken, drained
  7. 3 (3 ounce) packages chicken flavored ramen noodles
  8. 1 cup toasted and sliced almonds
  9. 1 large head cabbage, shredded
  10. 3 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro


1. in a soup pot over medium warm, stir together the vegetable oil, grain vinegar, soy marinade and ramen noodle taste packages. Bring wearing to the point of steaming, remove from warm and chill until cooled.

2. In a large dish, merge the clothes, lettuce, green vegetables, broken dinner, chicken and nuts.

3. Pour wearing over healthy salad and throw to coat. Spread with fresh cilantro and serve.
