Best Ever New Zealand Pavlova


Original recipe makes 1 - 9 inch meringue

  1. 3 egg whites
  2. 1 1/4 cups white sugar
  3. 2 tablespoons water
  4. 3 teaspoons cornstarch
  5. 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  6. 1 teaspoon distilled white vinegar
  7. 1/8 teaspoon salt


1. Preheat range to 275 levels F (135 levels C). Oil a lasagna pan, line it with parchment document and spread a little water over document.

2. In a large glass or metal combining dish, defeat egg white wines until foamy. Progressively add sugar, continuing to defeat until firm mountains form. Beat in water, and then mix in corn starch, vanilla flavor, therapy and salt.

3. Pour entire meringue combination onto the center of the pan. Pavlova will spread as it makes.

4. Bake in the preheated range for 45 minutes. Convert range off and leave Pavlova in the range until cold. Convert upside-down onto dish and top with fruit and pulled cream.
