Original recipe makes 6 servings

  1. 1/4 cup extra-virgin olive oil
  2. 3 cloves garlic, minced
  3. 5 tomatoes, chopped
  4. 5 green bell peppers, chopped
  5. 1 jalapeno pepper, chopped
  6. 1 teaspoon paprika
  7. 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
  8. 1 pinch sea salt (optional)
  9. 1 lemon, juiced


Warm the olive oil in a large pot over medium heat. Mix in the beans, tomato vegetables, gong spice up, and jalapeno spice up. Season with paprika, spice up, and sea salt. Prepare, mixing occasionally for 20 minutes until the vegetables are soft. Reduce heat to low, cover, and cook until the liquid disappears and the healthy salad thickens, about 2 hours more. Mix in the freshly squeezed lemon juice, and chill instantaneously before providing.
