Canada Day Nanaimo Bar Cheesecake


Ingredients



Original recipe makes 16 servings



  1. 2 1/2 cups crushed chocolate cream-filled sandwich cookies
  2. 1/2 cup butter, melted
  3. 1/4 cup chopped pecans
  4. 1/2 cup flaked coconut
  5. 4 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
  6. 1 cup white sugar
  7. 1/4 cup custard powder
  8. 4 eggs
  9. 6 (1 ounce) squares semisweet chocolate
  10. 1/2 cup heavy cream





Directions



1. Preheat and range to 350 levels F (175 levels C).

2. Stir together the biscuit food crumbs, dissolved butter, pecans, and grape in a bowl until the combination is well mixed. Media into the end of a 9x13-inch cooking bowl, and chill while making stuffing.
